Terms of service
These terms apply when a business uses Righto, provided by Righto. By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
Righto gives a business a website, booking, customer list, invoices, emails, social media tools and an AI assistant. Features that act on outside services — such as publishing to Facebook, Instagram or Google — only work once the business connects those accounts, and are subject to those services’ own rules.
Your plan and AI units
The Business plan is billed monthly and includes a monthly allowance of AI units. Unused plan units expire at the end of each period; units you buy last longer. You can cancel at any time; the plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for.
Your content and your customers
You own your content and your customers’ data. You are responsible for having the right to use the photos and texts you add, and for contacting your customers lawfully — for example, only sending marketing emails to people who agreed or are existing customers, and honouring unsubscribes (which Righto does automatically).
The AI assistant
The assistant drafts and suggests; changes to live things (your website, prices, emails to customers, public replies and posts) are applied when you approve them or schedule them. Check important content before it goes out — AI can make mistakes.
Fair use
Don’t use Righto for spam, unlawful content, or to harm others. We may suspend accounts that do.
Liability
We work hard to keep Righto running and your data safe, but the service is provided as is. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before a claim, except where the law doesn’t allow limits.
