Deleting your data
Facebook and Instagram
You can remove Righto’s access at any time, in either of these ways:
- In Righto: open Connected accounts and tap Disconnect Facebook & Instagram.
- In Facebook: go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites), find Righto and remove it.
Either way we delete the access tokens and the Page and Instagram details we stored straight away. Posts already published stay on Facebook and Instagram.
Disconnect Google in Connected accounts, or remove Righto at myaccount.google.com/permissions. We delete the stored tokens immediately.
Everything else
To delete your whole Righto account and its data, use the Help link in the app. We confirm by email and delete within 30 days, except records we must keep by law.
