Do I need to be good with technology?+
No. If you can send a message, you can run Righto. Ask in plain words — “change the Saturday hours”, “who hasn’t been in for a month?” — and it does the rest.
What if the AI gets something wrong?+
Nothing on your website, prices, client records or emails changes until you tap Apply, and every website change is saved so you can go back in one tap. The website receptionist only answers from your real details and hands anything tricky to you.
